Your satisfaction is our main goal. While we do everything
in our power to assure that you are receiving the quality products
that best meet your needs, we do understand that sometimes things
happen that are out of anyone’s control. Please read
our Return Policy prior to making any purchase with us.

returns must be in the original carton and labeled with your
customer name AND the assigned RA number. All cartons must
be sealed and labeled with return labels provided by Abacus
One; DO NOT WRITE THIS INFORMATION ON THE MANUFACTURERS'
MICR New and Remanufactured Cartridges
Abacus One Computer Supplies remanufactured toner cartridges,
Compatible toners, and New Modified MICR cartridges are guaranteed
to be free from damage and/or defects. Our policy is simple.
Within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, our customers
can return a damaged or defective cartridge. After examination,
if the cartridge is deemed defective or damaged, Abacus One
Computer Supplies will replace the cartridge free of charge
or simply issue a credit for the original purchase price which
can be used towards other merchandise. In the event we determine
that the cartridge is empty or otherwise non-defective, no
credit will be issued.
OEM Cartridges (HP, Lexmark, Brother, etc) Guarantee
All Non-Abacus One Brand products (OEM Brand Toner/Ink/Drums)
are guaranteed to be free of defects, damage and/or poor workmanship
(30) days from the date of purchase. After thirty
(30) days you may still be able to return the products to the
original manufacturer for replacement. Most manufacturers guarantee
their products for one year. You will need to contact the manufacturer
directly after the thirty
(30) day period.
Hardware and Printers Return Policy
1. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization
(RA) number. To request an RA number, contact the Abacus
Customer Care Team 888.222.2871. All returns must be in original
carton(s) and labeled with your customer name and the assigned
RA number. All cartons must be sealed and labeled with return
labels provided by Abacus One, DO NOT WRITE THIS
INFORMATION ON THE MANUFACTURERS' BOXES.
2. Returns need to be requested within thirty (30) days of the
order date and will be charged a 20% restock charge unless the
item is deemed by Abacus One to be defective
- Item must Not be assembled.
- Item must be clean and free of dents, scratches, holes, tears,
cracks, stickers, labels, price tags, etc.
- All parts, hardware, instructions, warranty cards, power
cords, etc., must be included.
- The item must be in its original packaging. This includes
the box or carton in which it came in, wrap, protection or
sleeve supplied by the manufacturer.
